About Mahima
Mahima Nagpal is a Counseling Psychologist and PhD scholar with 5+ years of clinical and research experience in child development and family dynamics. With a Master's degree and ongoing doctoral research, she specializes in understanding how generational perspectives shape parenting and child development, creating meaningful connections between parental experiences and children's needs.

Her approach blends evidence-based assessment with empathetic, family-centered intervention. She develops engaging materials and assessment tools that help parents understand their child's developmental journey while reflecting on their own experiences as children. This generational lens has become central to her practice, enabling families to build stronger connections across age groups and navigate challenges with greater insight.

Mahima specializes in designing home-based interventions tailored to the Indian family context, utilizing developmental screening assessments and parent-child relationship scales. Beyond clinical work, she is passionate about creating spaces for open dialogue through parent mixers, workshops, or individual counseling, where vulnerability becomes a bridge to understanding and growth.

With five years of hands-on experience working with families and students, her research and clinical practice are grounded in the belief that when we help parents understand themselves, we ultimately support the flourishing of their children. Mahima is committed to making psychology accessible, relatable, and transformative for families seeking meaningful change.
